We offer multiple different payment options for our program. We never want money to be a factor of not being able to participate in the arts. With that being said, we do have guidelines and requirements that must be met.

Online Registration: 2 Options 

One time, Full Payment:

This option allows you to pay in full upon initial registration online.

Split Payment: 

This plan offers a 3 part split payment. It is an equal amount over the course of 3 months. You pay part one upon registration of your child. The next two installments are automatically withdrawn over the next two months. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure your card on file stays active. Should you payment option fail, you will get an automated email from our system notifying you of the failed payment. You must then go into your subscription and update your card. You will be given a 10 day grace period to update this along with an email from our secretary who manages the online payments. Should you not update in that grace period, the system will automatically cancel your subscription and you will then be required to pay by cash or check.

Broken Down Payment:

This payment plan is reservedly offered for those that it would be truly hard to do the first two payment options. This is not given often but we do try to help where we can. Anyone who meets with us to go over this will be REQUIRED to pay every month by cash or check. A first payment must be given at the time of in person sign up which is usually at our parent meeting.

NOTICE: 

Your account MUST stay in good standing for your child to stay within the program. Monthly reminders are given by our secretary to those on a broken down plan and those whose subscription was cancelled and require physical payment. Should you choose to ignore communication about payment and/or not pay, your child will be removed from our program. While we are considered a "club", we are in fact a business. We do give multiple opportunities to stay in good standing. Our big requirement is communication.
